Update the apworld clean up the code, simplifying logic, and adding tests. A huge chunk of this has been rewritten now, hopefully it was worth it.

This also changes up the options to make it more about playing songs to win. This gets rid of the gems options, added options for enabling individual instruments, setting the number of starting/total songs, and the option to make checks either by playing a song on any instrument or with specific instrument(s).
